So my coworker did a INBF figure fitness comp and now everyone is asking if in a year will that be me on the stage everyone wants me to go into training I am still undecided as to if in a year I will get on the stage but I did agree to start the training including the diet that goes with it and the hours in the gym which is grueling enough but since I have to really lean out my body and define/cut my muscles I need to start it so not this Monday (tomorrow) but next Monday I will be starting my new meal plan which will be what I eat and of course I will keep up my workouts and slowly make them longer and longer and harder and harder (mainly with the weights is why it will be harder) but I am going to do it I have the support of my husband and my friends/family/co-workers- So wish me luck
P.S - No I will not be going on a binge of food this week prior to my new meal plan- I don't want to become sick (thats what crap foods do to me now- I will eat normal like I have been- Also my Ticker will be changing because I will need to cut more weight for training/competiton- Yes the weight I want to lose is fine for an average person but those suits are not forgiving lol-
I zero'ed out my ticker so it shows zero it doesn't show the weight I have already lost

Thats just the contest she competed in there are many different contest some natural some with enhancements and some with natural contestants and contestants with enhancements,,
Figure fitness is --Fitness and figure competition is a class of physique-exhibition events for women; while bearing a close resemblance to female bodybuilding, it emphasizes muscle tone over muscle size. These competitions are frequently held as part of the same events as bodybuilding contests.
Its alot of posing- Where as the Fitness ones have dance/aerobic routines.0 -

I started my Meal Plan early - it isn't as bad as I thought it would be actually fairly easy- So today is my 2nd day on it and I dont feel hungry because I am eating the right foods 5-6 times a day- Workouts are kicking my butt my body is very sore but I will be ok0

todays workout was by far the hardest and the crazy thing is I only did Cardio- but all my muscles are so sore from weight training this week I am so glad I got my hour and a half cardio session done and over with no gym for me tomorrow much needed rest day but Monday it is back on the grind of weights and cardio -- have a great weekend it is time for me to eat again--0

What does your meal plan look like?0
-
Chicken, Lean Steak, Turkey, Tuna- Fish ( ) and all shellfish
Sweet Potato, Plain Oatmeal, brown rice, Veggies, Green Apples,
Can't believe its not butter spray-
Protein Shakes, Protein Bars, and natural peanut butter
No bread, pasta, alcohol, no dairy -I think I am forgetting something
Yesterday I had
Breakfast- 1 cup of scrambled eggs with plain oatmeal
am snack- protein shake
lunch - lean hamburger steak with lettuce and tomato- no bread
pm snack green apple
dinner was shellfish and corn
Its not hard cause you know what you can't have so you just put it out of your head- Im supposed to eat 5-6 times a day- that 6 time is hard for me because i don't like eating right before bed but i will master this plan0 -
Eh, screw bread.
Cutting the dairy would be the most difficult for me though.
But if you put dairy back in, and a weekly cheat or two (like a few squares of chocolate), that's pretty close to what I eat anyway.
What's the exercise plan? I'm looking to revamp my workout. I doubt I'll ever compete, but I want to lean out and get muscle.
What kind of protein shakes and bars do you eat?
Oh! Just a quick heads up! If you get a huge brownie craving, try mixing some chocolate protein powder with a few tablespoons of water and a little bit of peanut butter. Put it in the microwave for around 30 seconds (make sure it's covered) AND YOU GET A BROWNIE!!!!0 -

the new work out is hard 1 hour of weight training 4 days a week + Cardio no less than 45 minutes a day 5 days a week- I am extremely sore- Before I used to just do an hour total of weights with cardio now my hour is devoted to weights then an additional 45 doing cardio Im supposed to kick my cardio up to an hour so that will be 2 hours in the gym-- I am so sore-
I don't typically get cravings for brownies but thanks for the tip I chew alot of gum lol-
My husband just took my week 1 pictures so that I can compare pics monthly
Im currently not eating protein bars but I am drinking 2 different kinds of protein shakes
GNC 100% whey in chocolate it has 130 calories 3-4 grams of carbs and 20g of protein
Also This other shake called Ultimate something (can't remember the name lol) but it has 118 calories 20-22g of protein and 3-4 carbs-
I thought cutting dairy out would be hard and suprisingly it isn't- My husband was nervous that we wouldn't be able to go out to eat because the diet is fairly strict but we just did lunch today and it was fine- I just order things with no bread I get water to drink and I carry my flavored pouch things in my pocket to add to my water I don't get fries or anything simple carbs and I get veggies with all the stuff they put on it on the side--0
