Today is a great day.

Woke up, had a lovely breakfast, got dressed, had to use the last home made notch on my belt for the first time. Goingto have to buy a new one now as there's no space left for screwdriver holes haha!

Went to work and one of my old pals told me i'd lost my 'chicken neck'. We laughed for a good while and at the bathroom afterwards I realised for the first time how right he was! I no longer have a double chin!

18 lbs to go people! Also add me as a friend I'm trying to branch out and find more support and motivation!!

    I ordered a healthy burger and apple slices from Wendy's, Even though I asked them not to, they put fries in the bag anyway. I did not eat one single fry.
