Whilst out on a group skate yesterday, I saw my friend Nati talking to a mutual friend and pointing over towards me. He looked confused and seemed to be trying to look round me. But when I moved to the side she kept pointing towards me.
Turns out he'd asked her where I was (because his wife had asked him if I'd lost lots of weight) and when she had pointed at me (less than five metres away) he hadn't actually recognised me. His jaw was practically on the floor in shock and all he could manage was a "bloody hell Laura..."
