ZONE DIET...Anyone here on it?

Hey everyone,
A few years ago my PT put me on "the zone diet" and it worked fantastic for me. It was easy to follow and just had different lists of good food choices, foods to avoid and have in moderation etc. Also all the measurements where done off looking at your hand, i.e meat no larger than the size and thickness of your palm, good fats i.e oil the size of the tip of your thumb. Anyway I have been googling for hours and hours trying to just find this same information, just wondering if anyone is doing it and can clear some things up for me, thanks!
