Yay! I may have some takers.
I will need a few days to get all the details aligned. But so far this I know.
1. It will be intense, be prepared to only have one day off a week
2. There will be daily challenges and weekly weigh ins
3. Depending on how many sign up will determine if this is a solo game or if we will have team mates. (Example 5 teams of 2)
4. Be prepared to motivate each other. I find that I loose more when I am part of a team and I'm trying to pull my weight to win.
That's all I can think of for now.

OK Ladies and Gentleman,
If you are interested in joining the Week Weight Challenge Friend me soon. I plan on closing the group on Thursday, requesting everyone to weigh in Friday and we start this Saturday.
It will be intense, I'm planning on loosing as much weight as possible in the next 6 weeks and will drag as many with me as I can.
