I just read a great post about 5'2" gals and their goals, so I thought I start one for us! I'm about 5'9" and I'm gunning for 135 lbs. I will get there!!! Also, I'd love it if you'd share HOW you're working on your goals.

I am 5'10" and my original goal was 145 - 150. Now it is just until the "jigglein the middle" goes away.0 -
I'm 5 ft 7.5 in... goal 160 - 170. I don't desire to be wafer thin. I love my curves - I just want them smaller than they are now. I may decide to lower my goal weight some once I get closer - but for now even 180 would be a dream come true!0

5'9.25" and eventual goal of 160-170 (depending on how ripped I can get, haha). I'm currently just focusing on eating at a deficit while doing cardio but I also periodically do at-home DVDs like Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. I want to build lots of muscle but I want to get back down to a healthy weight range first.0
