I recently moved and am still unpacking. I don't know when I will come across my workout dvds. All I can find are my VHS ones. And our new dvd player doesn't do vhs tapes. I have looked them over at Wal-mart(that is where I would go buy them) but told myself that was silly to buy some because I have some at home.......somewhere.
So, I figure I should buy a couple while I am actually feeling the motivation to start dong them again.
Just to give you an idea....I love to do aerobics, or I should say I used to. I have only worked out here and there for the last 6 years.(i have a 2 and 6 year old) My problem is not lack of desire, but actually the lack of movtivation to make the time for it.
Thanks for any input!
Beth

I don't know if they have these at WalMart, but I love the Island Girl series with Kili, particular the Tahitian Cardio. I got my first one from Amazon but then fell across some more at Marshalls and bought them all. They are fun, not so complicated that you think you'll never learn it, and the scenery is beautiful
  • The Leslie Sansone Walk Awy The Pounds For the Abs are wonderful

I like the 10 minute to fit videos. Easy to make time for 10 minutes and once I am there I find it easier to do 2 or 3 of the workouts.

Not sure these are at Walmart, but the 30 Day Shred is good. I like Walk Away the Pounds also. Any of The Biggest Loser ones are good too.

YouTube has lots of workout vids. The library also has many you can check out.
