    I'm a dispatcher does that count?! One of my MFP friends started a group that's full of dispatchers, EMTs, LEO's etc! If you search "911" in the groups it should come up!

    Hello everyone!

    Fire Fighter (POC), Paramedic and Fire/EMS/HazMat Instructor here! Recently quit drinking and smoking, and now I'm working on shedding the 40lbs that has worn out it's welcome!

    Flight paramedic here.... It's so depressing to think we might turn down a call due to weight issues when I know I'm the weight issue. Some support would be appreciated. I'll try my best to be supportive right back. Long hours, shift work and being in a truck all day don't make it easy to loose weight. We have to help each other.. :)

    I start EMT school in the fall then my FF1(You have to have your EMT before your hired here) . One of the main reasons I am getting in shape.
