I'm doing really good during the day(at work) but when I get home I crash, I can't stop eatting. I'm thiniking it could be cause during the day I've been only consuming around 400 cal & the time I get home I'm really starving. I think today I'm going to make myself eat at least 600 cal, including snacks.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

you should have a high protien high fibre breakfast and some carbs. it will come in at around 500 cals. fill your pockets with almonds or walnuts and every 2 hours snack on them or something healthy. this way you wont be so hungry when you get home. after about a week you will adjust and you wont be so hungry. maybe do some situps or go for a walk before you eat at night. when i first started i stuck the most unflatering picture of myself to the pantry and fridge stick with it, you'll work it out. 0 stick with it, you'll work it out. 0

You need to flip your calorie consumption around. 400 calories is about what you should have LEFT when you get home. Eat most of your calories earlier in the day. I went to the six mini-meal routine and am rarely hungry. If you allow yourself to get hungry, your appestat lags about 15-20 minutes after you're actually full--longer if your satiety hormones are out of whack. Feel free to add me and you can see my food diary for an example of this approach. Good luck!0
