Scales....

So I went to the doctor yesterday and they got a new digital scale... and it said I weight 10 pounds MORE then what other scales are saying.... that was extremely discouraging. The scale at my house, my mom's house and at another doctors office all say the same thing... is it safe to go with that number? 10 lbs is a huge variance....

Stick to your favorite scale.
it sounds like the scale at the doctor was not adjusted right,0 -
You have three scales reading the same, I'd go with that number. Just because it's new doesn't mean it's accurate.0

I expect at home you weigh yourself in few if any clothes and first thing in the morning after using the bathroom. At the doctor's you've got your clothes, shoes and what you've eaten and drunk that day added!0

go with the weight that most of the scales are saying. I got body fat scales in June that weighs everything separate and can sometimes be up to 14lbs difference between them and my regular digital scales that only give one number... I know I'm not as light as the body fat scales say.. but they have been useful for tracking body fat numbers going down, lean muscle mass improving and water etc... also gives me a different BMI to wii fit but Wii fit is closer to digital scales so I go with that one for BMI.0
