    Hi there,

    I'm from the Midlands too :) All support is good support. Welcome to MFP too.
    I am doing this along with weight watchers. I have lost 78lbs so far. At least another 21 to go though :)

    Helllloooo! I am not from the UK but I have a very similar weight loss goal. I had 55 pounds to lose - I lost 25 on my own and have not been able to move lower...so I joined MFP. Such an awesome tool! Let's do this!
