    Chest: 35.5"
    Waist (@ navel): 28"
    Hips: 39"
    L Thigh: 22"
    R Thigh: 21.5"

    Weight Lost: 8 lbs
    Inches Lost: 4.5"

    I'm very happy with these numbers!!!!! YAAY! :happy:

    So I've gained 2.5 lbs and lost 1.75 inches. Felt kind of bloated this morning, so I was surprised to see any inches changed. I guess this is okay.

    Not so thrilled about being heavier, but this is where my inches were lost:
    .5 on my arm
    .25 on my waist
    .5 on hips
    .5 on thighs

    Hello Everyone!

    Well, I'm starting over as I have missed a week. Got as far as Day 7 pulled a calf muscle & my neck took 2 days off got called to work away from home, didn't sleep well, back to work and am finally getting it together.
    Not giving up!

    KUDOS to all who are keeping up with this!:bigsmile:

    You know, I'm much stronger starting again and that in itself feels like an accomplishment :happy:

    Starting weight was168.8 lbs

    Current weight is 169.1 lbs

    I gained weight after starting the shred and I wasnt able to measure myself when I started so Im not sure about any inches. I did get to measure on the 8th though, but I havent been doing good enough lately to even try to measure again yet. I will be checking my final measurements though at the end. From the 8th to now, no inches have been lost
