    I thought if I lift, I would be super buff..........................thanks to my MFP friends........I love lifting and I lift heavy....and I see great results :) I am addicted!

    I had no idea how key it was to log your calories, or at least have a much better understanding on calories!

    I overestimated my burn and underestimated my intake. Wildly wrong in both directions.
