I had no idea how key it was to log your calories, or at least have a much better understanding on calories!0

I ate carelessly and felt that working out twice a week (regardless of my intake) was enough. The thought of what I was putting into my body before on a regular basis blows my mind now0

I overestimated my burn and underestimated my intake. Wildly wrong in both directions.0 -

.......and, to add to that, I didn't CARE if I did!
I felt that people should just love the fat ole me :blushing:
but I'm likin' the skinnier me better!0
