I try and do cardio about 4-5 times a week. I really enjoy taking my son for walks so I would get him in the stroller and walk about 5 miles... I like walking. Its not hard form me, but if I take long enough walks I really see results. It also seems like I see results when I try not to snack after dinner... which is really hard for me!0

Thanks Brooke! Great suggestions. I gotta get out there with my girls and walk more. One more question: when you would walk five miles would you log those calories burned and then give yourself some extra calories to eat or stick to only 1200??0

Would you mind sharing what all you did to reach your goal weight? Workouts (gym? Turbo Fire? P90X?) ? Diet? Shakes (Shakeology??) ....etc.
How do you think MFP helped you with this journey? Do you attribute your losses to the tool? or mainly to its support system with the friends you've made??
