    Thanks for sharing, I have similar starting weight as you did (151) and my dream weight is 125. It seemed completely unattainable, but you just showed me it can be done.

    Would you mind sharing what all you did to reach your goal weight? Workouts (gym? Turbo Fire? P90X?) ? Diet? Shakes (Shakeology??) ....etc.
    How do you think MFP helped you with this journey? Do you attribute your losses to the tool? or mainly to its support system with the friends you've made??
    Just curious - I'm a former WW member trying to utilize the MFP tool and get the max benefits from it. :smile:

    That is great!!! Congratulations :) After the 5 months and working hard at eating right and exercising makes it all worth it. Plus you feel awesome.
