    I'm 33. I just started a week ago and have lost only 3.5 pounds. Good job Ted I'm trying to lose about 10-20.

    31 male. Wow makes me feel so old seeing it typed out like that.

    I lost about fifty pounds and then have currently gained twenty of it back over the last few months.

    I'm 34 ... 35 in two months! Ugh, does that make me still early 30s? I'm looking to lose 16 kg initially; maybe more. I'll FR you and you can reject me if you think I'm too old... :laugh:
