im a being a tad dim (would not be surprised,) i cant see where i should cut and paste for the the calorie counter anywhere???

im new so trying to get everything set up ready to drop them pounds :)

    Go into settings at the top of this forum then click the box where it says "Show your MyFitnessPal ticker below each of your forum posts"

    Aha! Found it. Under settings in the message boards section. Click on settings and it will have a check box to add ticker to posts.

    LOL, never mind, someone posted as I was typing.

    thankyou guys i managed to figure it out with your help!!!!

    first week in even though it says i joined in june but i never properly looked at this site until last week.

    cant wait for my ticker to show my hard work.
