Ingredients :
Serves 4
Per Serving: Calories - 279 Carbs-34 Fat-9 Protein-36 Sodium- 315
Ingredients
2 chicken breast - cooked & shredded
Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself - Tortilla Wrap, 4 tortilla
Vegetable - Green Pepper - 1 Medium Raw, 1/2 Green Pepper Raw
Bell Peppers - Yellow, Raw, 0.5 pepper
Bell Pepper - Red - Large - Raw, 0.5 pepper 26
Onion - Whole, Medium Size, White, Raw, 0.5 whole
Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself - Mature White Grated Cheese, 120 g
Kraft Philadelphia Light - Low Fat Cream Cheese, 100.0 g
Cook & shred chicken, set aside.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
Finely chop onions and peppers cook for 2 minutes over medium heat in a saucepan.
Add chicken, cheese, and cream cheese into saucepan, stir until melted.
Seperate chicken mixture into 4 equal portions.
Spoon mixture on to tortilla and spread, roll up and cut 1/2 inch pieces, (use a sharp knife to cut!)
Spray baking sheet with pam, place antojitos onto pan. Cook for 5 minutes or until desired crispy- good - ness.
All rolled up & ready to go in the oven
Cooked! I cook mine for 10 mins, i like them extra crunchy!
