I forgot to report in. Oopsie. I did mine like Islabella. I did crunches and leg lifts instead of full-on situps. And then, like HRBush, I kept forgetting. I'm trying to make it a habit.
Nov 1 - 80 crunches 50 leg lifts 45 push-ups
Nov 2 - 100 crunches 60 leg lifts 45 push-ups
Nov 3 - forgot
Nov 4 - 100 crunches 80 leg lifts 30 push-ups
Nov 5 - out of town and forgot again!
Nov 6 - 100 crunches 60 leg lifts 30 push-ups
Nov 7 - forgot
p.s. Someone lost a bet last night and is going to pay for it!0 -

Your abs are muscles too and need the time to recover. Will working them like that everyday allow them to do that? The same goes for your push ups.0

I am going to try this I hadn't done a pushup or situp in a long time for fitness so I think I will try doing mine on a fitness ball.0
