Just took a picture of this blog with my phone so I have these notes with me. Never heard of the sour cream alternate before but can't wait to try. That one alone would help me out so much - oh and I love the greek yogurt idea too!! Yum! Thanks!!!

That's not a list of eating the foods that I like with less calories, that's a list of eating different foods.

I like butter, switching that out for jam may save calories, but doesn't help me "eat food I like with less calories," not to mention, adds a ton of sugar.

There's one easy way to eat food you like with less calories. Eat a smaller portion. Done. Simple.

Interesting. I love the pizza tips! Although I find the skimming grease off the top a bit sketchy. 100 calories off of a slice? That just seems too good to be true :( Will still do it anyway, it must save some.

I agree with substituting and making smarter choices! there's a way to diet without restricting so much of the things you enjoy i.e. pizza and chips+dip (mm salsa!).

You can replace the foods you like with very similar ones and save a ton of calories! One example is the spray oil/dressing: same deliciousness but less amount of it, hence less calories (and you can cover more food with less!) :D

I don't think you can make meatloaf with 1/3 of it celery. I don't think it will hold together, and even if it did, it would be very different in texture and flavor.

Save the same calories by using leaner meats!
