I had this for dinner... yum

4 skinless chicken breasts
2 oranges
1 tangerines
zest
2 tbs soy sauce
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs water
1 tsp chili sauce (any kind)

So it's really easy just juice fruit in a bowl, add garlic, water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and zest.
You can just zest a bit from your orange and add as much as you like.
You can pan fry but I like to bake it.
At 335 cook with tin foil for first 15 mins, then take off for additional 15.
Serve hot over brown rice. Yummm
Add your chicken pour your sauce and let simmer.
Cook with lid on for 10 mins, then off for an additional 20

    Sounds really good...

Do you have the nutritional information for the recipe?

(This is similar to a recipe I had, only it used lime and salsa. Really good and low fat. I must try to find it again...)
