There are entries for both cooked and uncooked in the database.... it depends when you measured it!0

cooked.. 1 cup of cooked white rice, as long as it aint instant.. is around the 200 calorie mark..0

Usually cooked....! Uncooked 1 Cup rice will make a whole container of it!0

Try oven baked brown rice. This is so easy and so good. It makes 4 servings, 1 cup each. for 81 calories
1 ½ cups brown rice, medium or short grain
1 tsp kosher salt
2 ½ cups water
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the rice, salt and water into an 8-inch square glass-baking dish. Stir to combine, and cover the dish tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove cover and fluff the rice with a fork. Serve immediately.
I divide mine into 1 cup freezable containers. You can leave it in the freezer for a month and it is still yummy. Just warm it in the microwave or add to your recipe. Sometimes I only eat 1/2 cup and it is enough.0
