Alright I am starting a new class tonight, its M-Thurs. Tonight we will do Taebo, punching bags and abs. I heard the instructor is serious and in your face hard!! Thats exactly what i need! LOL
I give up so easy on anything that starts getting hard so I hope this lady kicks my butt!
Me and two of my co workers are going after work so I have to be held accountible and show up!!
We will see if I will be able to move tomorrow and go to the next class! :ohwell:

Is just a kickboxing, step aerobic, bootcamp class. It is a personal trainer that puts together her on class, not at a gym or anything. tomorrow will step aerobics and weights, not sure about Wed, night, i forgot after she told me it would be 30 min abs! :noway:
then Thursday is Bootcamp... I heard that everyone is scared of the Thurs night class!! LOL I know I am already!
I haven't done TaeBo in years, not sure how high I can even get my legs up now! :laugh:0 -
Well I did it!! I don't think i have ever sweat so much in my life! This instructor doesn't believe in A/C I don't think. It was so hot, when I left I felt like I had just stepped out of the shower! LOL
It worked though, we did so many kicks and punches on the bag, then squats and more kicks on the floor, then more leg work laying down.....whew!!
So, tonight it will be step aerobics and weights... kinda scared of the weights b/c she told me to use the 5lb and 10lb dumbells. I can't do a whole lot with 10's so i'm nervous at what we will be doing!
I hope I can just make it through the week!0 -
