Dairy (fat free or low fat milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese)
Instant oatmeal - unsweetened, unflavored
Eggs
Turkey (and other lean meats - lean steak, chicken, fish)
Peanut butter - natural, unsweetened- cashew and almond butters
OLive oil
Whole grains
Extra protein (whey powder)
Raspberries and other berries, most other fruits especially apples and grapefruit0 -
Flax Seed is AWESOME, its a nutralizer for the belly. Eatting lots of Omegas will help improve certin organs but also help out with the gut. I use Flax Seed every morning when im making my shake, blends right in.

I am not sure how belly friendly they are...but we make quinoa all the time using veggie stock to give it a better flavor; I would think this is good because it is such a great protein source (also vegetarian). Also, spaghetti squash- we make it with sauteed zucchini, mushroom, onion and garlic with low sodium red sauce- it is yummy and served with a side or salad it creates a full meal of vegetables. Yummy- it is making me hungry now:)
One more thought- we have recently been buying quinoa pasta- this has the protein of quinoa in a past form with fewer carbs if that is your thing. Hope those are helpful!0 -
