Hi, my name is Scott. I'm 43, married with 5 kids and 2 jobs. I am currently 275lbs and would like to get down to 225. I run, cycle, study Judo, and lift. I am always looking for techniques, tips, and tricks on recipes, packing food for my very busy days, or getting around all the junk that everyone around me is eating. Any other support would be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone has a great day.
