For all those struggling....

Today I did something I always promised myself I would do if i got to this point and had a day like today; where i would very easily give up, log out of MFP, eat eat eat and let myself down again.

I read over my old posts. I read my first post about why I wanted to lose weight. The words of encouragement from others. I looked at my before photos and my during ones. I read my old status' and my comments to others. I looked at all the motivational things I've read on here before and 'bumped'. I read my 'why i want to get in shape section'. I read my NSV posts.

I always knew there was a reason I wrote them, why I celebrated my good days and how amazing I felt after a great week food and exercise wise. And it was for today - when instead of logging out I read them and remembered why I was here.

I wrote this for the next time I have one of those days and I nearly click the log out button. I also wrote it for anyone out there who's having a day/week/month like me and needs to remember why they were here. Look at your history. Look how far you've come. Don't give up now... its just a bend in the road, its not the end of it. :flowerforyou:

awesome.... be proud of yourself! We all have those bad days...but you took CHARGE of it...and instead of letting it spiral you out of control...you stopped that downward momentum cold. And now you are on your way back up! Keep working hard...you will get there! I have had sooooo many times I've given up... only to start again months, years later... this time i've been consistantly moving forward ( and downward sizes and scale wise!) for over two years...the mind matters more then the mouth.... your post was inspiring! amazing job!
