Hello Everyone,
I am very new to this website. I started tracking my calories on 11/13/2012 and have not as of yet weighed myself again. Is their any pointers that any one could give to help me in achieving my goal? I am 5'2, 198lbs, and I am trying my best to get down to 153lbs. I know it is an odd number, but this was my weight in 2002 before I became pregnant with my daughter. So I want to challenge myself to see if I can get back there. On top of clothes not fitting, health issues arising, and just being unhappy with my appearance all together. I practically hate looking at my self in the mirror. I've read alot of reviews and just by reading them I've become encouraged and motivated. So if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them..... Thanks!!!!!!!

Get into a routine and try to stick to it! Pack healthy meals and plan ahead. Don't be too hard on yourself if you ever slip up. Always remember that tomorrow is a new day and you can start again. Good luck! Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like more support! :-)0

well, welcome. I have been using the site for a month. The support is great! I too am 5'4" and 202 lbs. Looking to get down to 157 lbs for the same reasons you have your goals; baby girl So, good luck and if you need additional support and motivation you can add me as a friend !!!

:sad: I am going through a divorce but excited to lose weight and feel great!!!!!!!! I am going workout tonight at gym. I like tracking my food. Today is my first day and I see how much you can eat in one day if you don't pay attention. Glad to be on board and change my life.0
