I started MFP on 10/10/2011....I'm 6 foot and my starting weight was 226 as of today I'm 207! I've never worked so hard on something before that was for only ME! I pretty much stick to a 1200 calories but really it took me the first 2 weeks to get my food in order and stay under 1200 calories and I'm starting to slowly eat back some of my exercise calories but only about 100 to 200 of them. I work out for at least an 1 hour Mon-Fri. This has worked for me so far!

I can't wait to post my final pictures! :)

I'm love seeing all the success stories on here, they have been my so motivating!

I took the before pictures after about 8 pounds lost!

You were 226, it does not look like you were from the pictures though :)

Good job, keep up the good work!

Awesome! I would love to see the 19 pound loss before and after.

Just a quick word of advise: 1,200 cals is not enough for someone of your height. To avoid a plateau, you might want to consider bumping you daily intake up to 1,500 or even 1,800. Sounds scary, but trust me, you'll keep losing as long as you work out.

    You look amazing!!! Wow!!!
I love seeing/hearing success stories too! Don't be discouraged if those last 20 take longer to lose!

Thanks! My husband just gave me the same advice, in fact he just went and got me a handfull of grapes and said EAT THEM NOW! so I will be raising my calories to uh1,500 from now on. (It will take me a week or so to figure out how I'm gonna eat that much!)
