There isn't much information about this program on the boards so I thought I'd ask if anyone has ever done it. There's a R.I.P.P.E.D. Master Class at the YMCA this Friday that I'm thinking about attending but I'm sort of intimated. It's 90 minutes and I'm given to understand it's very intense.

Anyone have any experience and can share what I would be in for?

    No! But GOOOOO.... It'smind over matter... and who know's it may not be that bad. Other's interpertation of "intense" is always differnt from yours. So, go and see for yourself. You can do it!

    Thanks for the encouragement. It doesn't sound too popular yet because I can't find much about it but I guess I'll give it a try. What a way to spend a Friday evening!

    I guess I'll report back with my experience, which might help others.

    BTW, R.I.P.P.E.D. stands for Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet.
