How would you go about posting to exercise if you do the Insanity workouts?? Would it be under interval training?

Help, if you have any?? Thanks!!

    go to my exercises and create it yourself by clicking create exercise

    Hey There.....a general rule of thumb for calorie counting is 10 calories per/minute.....while working out.......it all evens out in the end b/c in the warm up you don't burn that many but by the end you're probably burning more.....so that's a quick, basic way to guess your calorie burn. I have tested this and it's pretty accurate for me.

    Thanks, I am just on such a fence because it is vigorous push ups/sit ups etc. but it also has cardio in it too. I think I will go with the circuit training, and keep it with in the calories, because i know some of those workouts can burn up to 1000 calories at a time..thanks again!!
