I've done 5k's, 10k's and just completed my first half-marathon a few weeks ago. Add me if you are into running or need encouragement!

I *think* I may be into running, does that count?

Seriously, though, I just completed Wk 3, D2 earlier this evening and this was the first time I actually felt great throughout the run instead of like I was going to die in 0.2 seconds.

    Hopefully this trend continues

Yeah I'm doing the Turkey Trot here in Raleigh, NC. The weather should be mild next week so hopefully it will be a good run.

That will also give us some extra calories on MFP :)

I am definitely a Runner! I run every night after work and run anywhere between 6-12kms! I love the feeling of running!

Congrats on all of your running accomplishments!

I just started running myself. Started with C25K, first 5k was in October and now am going to run a turkey trot (5 miles) on Thanksgiving. Going to wait until next year for the half marathon.

I run 3 times a week. My goal is to do a half marathon. Got back into running in September, was on crutches for a stress fracture for 9 weeks. Before the injury I did a 5k and a 10k and now after the injury I've done a 5k. Signed up for a turkey trot on Thanksgiving and look forward to losing weight and running better.

I'm more of a "wogger" than a runner but I do enjoy it & am always looking for ideas, tips, etc. that I can use or pass along. Especially need ideas for how you all stay charged during the winter. I don't use a treadmill, just a Nordic Track. Happy Running!

My first was a blast. I can't wait to do my second. And eventually move up to a full!

I usually run through the Winter. I just dress warmer. After a few minutes once I'm warmed up I'm fine!

I've never belonged to a gym so running outdoors is all I know :)
