    How is everyone going to exercise with winter approaching

    Normally I go to the mall in mornings before it opens and walk around with my son for an hour. Then I go to the gym after dinner for another hour.

    I am hoping to start p90x to start in December but I plan to stay running outside for as long as I can tolerate it. Luckily we have been having some pretty decent weather lately but I am sure that will change soon. I also have 3 gyms fairly close by me but I hate gyms and am going to try my best to avoid it as much as possible.

    I live in the southwest suburbs and work in the Sears Tower. I take the Metra to work and my station is right next to my gym, so there is absolutely no excuse not to workout.

    Northwest suburbs, the Gym with aerobic classs will keep me very busy. I can't wait to run outside again :(
