The one week challenge

okay I wanted to do this challenge because without any exercise you can still lose weight ....

so for one entire week starting tommorow 11-17-11 through 11-23-11
i will not eat the following


*rice
*pasta
*drink soda of any kind
*candy
*chips

feel free to join !!!!!!! maybe it will break some of our bad habits because those are all of my weaknesses
and you never know you can go one week without these to maybe 2 weeks !!!

  • good luck, i will join you. i weight in today and got shocked..i gained:cry: 5 lbs because i did expirement with my carb intake.
  • every one has there down fall i have to weigh my self in tommorow to see where i start .... but there is no where to go but up from here .....
