One negative, a million positives..

I that I'm losing weight and getting fit, there are so many benefits and I love it and myself so much, and I can cope with smaller boobies, but I hate that they are a bit "saggy" because the skin is still the same, with less fat in them and I can see all the stretch marks from the now excess skin..
I will get used to it, but I still feel a little down about it for now.
Thanks for listening, well reading.

I'm so proud of you. Even one small thing like that is a small price to pay for all of the wonderful things you've done for yourself and your body. Thank you for sharing your story, you're such an inspiration!0

I went from an almost D (very tight C) to a B in 7 months.... :S I needed some serious bra shopping...!!! I feel like my boobs are less saggy if anything!
A proper bra is very important, esp with training...so make sure you invest in a few good sports bras....and smaller boobs usually don't sag so I don't know whatchu on about girl!0 -
Technically that's two negatives  But I am right there with ya! Sad but true.0

I'm in the same boat. Once you have gained/lost weight a few times and also breastfed two kids - hoisting your boobs up from your navel is nothing. Buy some lovely supportive push up bras and keep moving on!0

I'm a total of 50 pounds down from my highest weight and had two kids, and I for sure see the difference in my girls. Poor things look like party balloons two weeks after the party. Oh well. Splurge the cash on a good bra and be happy no one can tell unless you take it off
Congrats!!0 -
Yeah me too. It sucks but at least we're not fat any more!0

Yeah, my bf told me I'm not allowed to lose anymore weight haha
I just bought new bras before I decided to really work it this time! grr0 -

Thanks, Em I've got hand weights on my xmas list haha0 -
Mine were saggy for a little while after I lost a lot of weight and dropped a couple of bra sizes, but they have tightened up on their own since. Just wait another couple of months and see.0

Yes on the weights. I think if you can
do push ups too. It tightens all the
surrounding muscles so you should
see a lift. Good luck & God bless!!0
