Calories Burned

So I just noticed that when I add the calories burned to the calories I have consumed, it gives me more calories I can eat. For example I burned a little over 500 calories the other day and it gave me +500 calories that I could still eat. What if I don't feel hungry, I just read somewhere that you have to eat the calories you burned. In one day if I eat 1260 calories and I burn 500 hundred of them at the gym, the difference being 760 I don't need to eat 500 more calories do I ?

Most of the people who have reached their goal weight here ate at least some of their exercise calories. Strive for 1200 net calories if you can.0
