yes it is hard! I sometimes don't work out for a couple days when it starts but I try to push through it, I just don't do as much as I normally would do.

Workout? HA!! All I want to do is crash on the couch for the first few days & do my best to stay away from the refrigerator & pantry.

How awful for you. Please consider the Mirena coil. :)

    Best wishes

I have a terrible and disgusting story in regards to this topic about a recent trip to the gym but I will leave it out. It basically involves much of this topic and someone who did not take the right precautions when utilizing one of the free cycles in a cycling class (while I was boxing). Aunt Flo's visit was a bit distracting too say the least.

Nope, I'm just lazy. I have noticed that if I do workout during my period I have a bit more energy and don't need to sleep 12 hours a day like I would if I skipped it. It's supposed to help with cramps too but I don't get those.
  • Hell yes, I'm like a ravenous hyena.

I wouldn't say my period gets in the way, but my exclamation point certainly does from time to time! (And don't even get me started on my semicolons! ugh!)
  • I always get so many sweets on mine and than don't want to work out. Loose /loose situation!

I always get extra exhausted during the TOM >.<

Though working out has always seemed to help with any cramping or overall upset stomach feeling.

Nope...just find swimming a bit awkward. Love working out at TOM as really makes me feel better and I think helps with any bloating.
  • Yes Very! And I want to eat more!! So hard not binge :(

  • After having a herd of children I think it is time for TOM to go away. Really have no use for him any more. He CRAMPS my style.
