Should I change my normal daily activities as I have just started working at McDonald's and if I change it what would I change it too as I am set to Sedentary at the moment, thanks for your help.

I would just factor in how hard you work, and how often. Maybe just set work days as light cleaning so you get those calories!0

yeah, I say if you stay sedentary you can count every little thing! if you move it up stuff like "light cleaning" shouldn't really count anymore. I myself like getting to add activities and watch my available calories to eat go up ^___^0

If you are working at a job where you're on your feet it might be an idea to up your activity level to lightly active.0

If you are spending most of the day on your feet change it to "lightly active". Or whatever the setting is above sedentary.0
