Okay, so I have chronic knee pains that especially flame up when their exposed to a lot of pressure and impact.
I can barely stand at the cash register at work for more than 4 hours without some kind of pain (usually mild in that instance)
I've also got asthma that starts up once i have to breathe heavily. after i would run in gym (not very long after either)...i was pretty fit and would only have run for about a minute before i thought i was dying

I'm very much in love with yoga stretches and breathing (the breathing is a little difficult even when im sedentary and just laying their relaxing before a pose but its getting better)

So if there's a way for me to get a full workout from yoga please let me know. I'm a beginner so i can't turn myself into a pretzel yet xD

Have you considered swimming laps? Almost zero impact, and the controlled breathing (and exercise) is actually supposed to HELP asthma sufferers...

Agreed, any time you have an issue with impact in concern with the knee and some form of asthma, swimming is always the best idea.. Is walking not an option? At a slow pace, its very low impact, but also very good for you..
