Just thought I'd swing by and say hello.

This is all fairly new to me, but this does seem like a great app!

Looking forward to seeing if it can help me keep track of my consumption and help shed a few pounds.

  • Welcome, I'm new as well (although second time round) - first time I joined I spent ages asking advice and giving advice, but little action... Now am back with knowledge and there's great people here all following different journeys, but there's so much advice and people willing to help and guide where needed..

  • Thanks peeps, I'm slowly getting into the habit of recording things...I'm amazed at what has beenadded to the database!

    For home cooked meals, do you just add in the ingredients list and then divide by portions?

    Would also be neat if I could export the data...I'm mainly interested in tracking carbs, fat & protein as I adjust my diet whilst training.

    Any thoughts?
