Hi all, I'm looking for some good nutrition books. I'm NOT looking for diet books just something to help eat healthier. I find I do stay within my calories just sometimes I don't eat the healthiest meals. I'm sure that's why I still have some fat around the tummy.

  • I recommend The end of overeating by David Kessler. I'm not sure that it is what you are looking for, but it has some interesting information about the food industry that is motivating.
  • agree that "The End of Overeating" is an excellent book!

I wonder if the biggest loser has come out with any non-recipe books? I think Jillian Michaels did on her own, but haven't read it.
