Sweet potato, yummy!

Just wanted to give a shout out to my crock pot, LOL. This time of year it create wonders! Last night I split two sweet potatoes in half, wrapped in foil and threw them in my crock pot for a couple of hours. I popped one for breakfast and all I have to say is yummy! Sweet as potato pie!

I LOVE sweet potatos!!! So yummy & so good for you!! I get them at a local indoor farmers market for really really cheap, we eat them once or twice a week.0
