I am having a pretty hard time getting enough protein into my body. Any suggestions?

    I do eat turkey burger and chicken. Not a huge red meat eater any more. Is there a special food other then meat/fish that I could add in to my diet?

    Whey protein supplement, egg white, etc. Look at my diary. I get 130+ grams of protein a day

    I am a vegetarian and had the same problem...I started drinking EAS Advantage Carb Control, not bad tasting and the carbs are not high

    cocktail shrimp is really low fat, low calories and high protein.

  • Protein bars, on top of actually eating meat. Keep it in your food log also;)

    Good list!

    I'd add shrimp or other shellfish as well as any other kind of fish you like.

    Ok ok seriously, why not use supplements / protein shakes?!? In addition to making sure you eat protein first at all meals.

    Fav protein powders:
