Thursday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: The one hundred

Here's how it goes:
100 jumping jacks
90 crunches (any style)
80 squats
70 leg lifts(any style)
60 jumping jacks
50 crunches(any style)
40 squats
30 leg lifts(any style)
20 jumping jacks
10 minutes of running

You only do this once for this challenge. There are some of you that can do this and others, well, you may not have
worked up to it yet. Keep in mind though that you have all day to do it. It is up to YOU to decide whether to accept this
challenge and how hard you should push yourselves.

Be sure you stretch before doing this challenge.

As usual my challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as callisthenics.

    I love your challenges. I rarely complete them but I love them :)

    I think I will be lucky to get the 100 jumping jacks in but we will see....

    In 35 minutes and burn 277 calories using HRM ..
    It was really hard .. spicially the leg lifting.

    done in 32 mins, hardest part was the star jumps i hate them!

    I did everything except the running. I did my stair stepper for 10 minutes instead :wink:

    I wanna be in!! I have bad knees and am in physical therapy for them, would this still count if I "modify" the jumping jacks? (hopeful looking smiley face) <<they don't have one of those lol!!
