I need to get out of this fat suit that has surrounded my body. I hate to look at what once was super model material to stretched to the very limit and blah.
Any advice I am looking for motivation for one and two would be nice to know someone going through the same thing.
I weigh 227 pounds and I set my first goal at 199. I would like to get under two hundred first and work from there.
Anyone willing to be this motivation I need please feel free to leave a message.

congratulations you can do it, I was 225 now Im 206 only six lbs left and Ill be out the 200 club, but you got to have self control0

This first part of any change is recognition for change and you are obviously way past that stage so you will have the strenght to reach your goal. I know how it feels at night to lose it all, but hang in there and be strong! You are not alone on this journey and never will be.0
