I need to get out of this fat suit that has surrounded my body. I hate to look at what once was super model material to stretched to the very limit and blah.

Any advice I am looking for motivation for one and two would be nice to know someone going through the same thing.

I weigh 227 pounds and I set my first goal at 199. I would like to get under two hundred first and work from there.

Anyone willing to be this motivation I need please feel free to leave a message.

    You CAN do it and you WILL do it. Just make sure you are doing it for the right reasons - for you, for your health, for your future.

    Cardio, is my number one advice to you! Next -- is have fun, don't be hard on yourself, think more positive then negatively, YOU CAN DO THIS! :)

    congratulations you can do it, I was 225 now Im 206 only six lbs left and Ill be out the 200 club, but you got to have self control :smile:

    This first part of any change is recognition for change and you are obviously way past that stage so you will have the strenght to reach your goal. I know how it feels at night to lose it all, but hang in there and be strong! You are not alone on this journey and never will be.
