    grilled salmon on top of a nice big salad..mmmmm

    english muffin topped with a scrambled egg, piece of deli ham, sliced tomato, & cooked spinach..and hot sauce!!!! yummy!

    A can of very low sodium chunk light tuna in water, drained, then mixed with 2 tablespoons of hot salsa and a diced tomato. Just eat it with a fork. It sounds strange but trust me, it's awesome.

    I'm allergic to milk and gluten intolerant, so I think I'll skip that suggestion.
