30 day shred question

i just started 30 day shred. Anyone wanna shred together? I'm wondering if you don't have a HRM how you keep track or log the calories you burned (for at least an estimate)??

    Do you feel like this site over estimates calories? With no HRM and I'm not on machines very much at the gym (even though I'm not so sure how accurate they are either) it's hard for me to believe sometimes what it says
