WEIRD AND EMBARASSING QUESTION ABOUT EATING BROCCOLI..I LOVE BROCCOLI BUT SEEMS EVERYTIME I EAT IT I GET SUPER BLOATED AND GAS PILLS DONT HELP DOES ANYONE ELSE GET LIKE THIS ...IS IT NORMAL? LOL...

Broccoli is a notorious chemical warfare producer..... i think maybe beano MIGHT help, but not sure.. moderation on this i think is the deal...0

I've never had a problem with gas from any non fast or junk food.0

It stopped for me after a while of eating it everyday.0

yes totally normal. Beano may help, and if you are eating it raw, you may want to lightly steam, that can take away some of the gas.0

I've never really noticed that. Not saying that it doesn't happen, I guess I've just never paid attention. Broccoli is on the menu for me tonight, so I'm going to see....0

One night I tried to mix an entire bag of it in with my dinner to fill up more. I was at work.....BAD idea! But 1-2 servings anf I'm fine. Just not the whole bag!!! LOL!0
