I am going to try this tonight. I wanted to share because a lot of people have a hard time eating veggies and it's probably because of the way they are prepared. I personally like veggies, but it's always nice to be able to make them a different way so they don't get boring. This is for broccoli, but I think it can be done for any veggie and I've heard people say it works well for brussel sprouts.... So if you hate brussel sprout, you may learn to love them, which would be great!!

I've heard Cauliflower would work well prepared this way... we'll see because it's my least favorite of the veggies.

That's funny. I fixed broccoli like this last night for dinner. It's delicious. Granted, I like broccoli regardless...raw, steamed, you name it (just not boiled to death)...but this is a very tasty preparation. Often times the most simplistic preparation is the best.
