Thoughts? The last couple of days I have had pain in my lower right back area. I'm pretty sure that it is a pulled muscle. I'm really trying to do the 30 day shred, and feel like if I quit it will stahl my motivation to stick with my weightloss goals. Anyone else experience the same type of injury? Advice? I can work through the pain (it really doesn't hurt during the workout), but is it worth it?

Modify some of the moves plus take some naproxin after your workout and heat and then ice the area. I have lower back pain all the time due to my coccyx bone being out and that is what the doctor tells me. Also make sure your doing your stretchs.0

I have pain in the same area & it happens to me when I do the side punch incorrectly. solution.. focus on some other exercises the next day.. take a break for a day or two.. apply a relaxant on that area..0
