Looking for some "work out/weight loss" buddies

So,
I have figured out that I really need some form of motivation. And was wondering if there were any people out here who needed a weight loss online buddy!
I am looking to lose 20-30 lbs. I'd rather exercise a little extra, and enjoy my food (I don't eat all that unhealthy, but I enjoy wings/beer and a good hockey game once in a while).
If anyone is in the same boat! Let me know!

You sound just like me. I need to loose 15-20 lbs and I too enjoy beerand wings with a football game! The best thing I have done is keep track of my calories, a real eye opener. I do really great during the week but tend to blow it on weekends, sound familiar?0

I work my *kitten* off all week so i cant endulge on the weekend. As long as you stay in a deficit for the week you'll keep losing weight.0

Your right... my goal is just to be on the negative side of things. And generally eat on the healthier side. Good thing I love fruit, veggies, salads and oatmeal!0
